Responsibilities The Network Engineer is responsible for the implementation and management of Hazelden Betty Ford's networks (wired, wireless, VPN, voice, and video). This includes implementation, operations, security, and disaster recovery of all enterprise network infrastructures:
local and wide area networks, wireless networks, voice, digital media delivery, VPN's (remote access and partner), and unified communications. The Network Engineer has responsibility for enterprise network delivery and support across all business units, and provides after hours and on-call support as required. The Network Engineer will work to ensure network availability, reliability, and security in alignment with the needs of Hazelden Betty Ford's operational and strategic initiatives and related project deliverables. Responsible for the implementation, documentation, operations, and disaster recovery of all enterprise networks (wired, wireless, and VPN), voice and video infrastructures Emergency response and disaster recovery Ensure the integrity of corporate data systems security to prevent unauthorized access to corporate technology resources Continually seek, demonstrate, and share knowledge in the information technology field to result in optimum expertise and resources for Hazelden Betty Ford Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in technical field (or equivalent years of experience) Minimum of 5 years engineer-level experience leading, directing and managing a wide range of network architectures, infrastructures and technologies including but not limited to:
routers and switches, firewalls, enterprise voice platforms, wireless controllers and access point, video infrastructure and unified communications. Experience in supporting enterprise network architectures and disaster recovery planning. Preferred:
Applicable certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE (applicable in various Cisco Career Certification Tracks)
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
