Responsibilities The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Director is accountable for delivering successful results of programs and projects aligned with strategic business plan for HBFF. This leader plays a crucial role in strategic execution and change leadership through coordination, orchestration and execution of portfolios, programs, projects and/or products to deliver desired business outcomes. This leader will work across the enterprise at a national level to provide guidance to all projects and leaders of those projects to maintain standard processes and deliverables. This leader also manages the PMO team, which is responsible for facilitating or managing all phases of the portfolio or project lifecycle. Provide analysis of complex business and technology problems to include prediction of future directions. Manage and coach employees' work outcomes in the implementation and achievement of goals and action plans with adherence to department and project budgets. Coordinate resources and priorities among multiple programs and projects within the portfolio. Oversee and direct PMO services and projects process directly and indirectly within all of HBFF to support enterprise steering committee and enterprise PMO initiatives Manage, guide, and facilitate team activities as related to effectively manage the portfolio as well as the governance of the portfolio Continually seek and demonstrate knowledge in the information technology field and facilitate others to demonstrate knowledge to result in optimum expertise and resources for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation Lead and manage the HBFF Project Governance Process as well as support and facilitate enterprise steering committee meetings Coordinate resources and priorities among multiple technology projects and Technology Services and Business Leaders Budget Management Relationship Management Provide leadership, vision and long range goals to support a well-qualified, empowered, informed and productive PMO. Qualifications Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, information systems, business, technology, organization or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years' experience in portfolio/project management at an enterprise level Experience working on projects in a matrix or cross-functional organization with focus on delivering results Minimum 5 years technology project management experience related to at least two (2) of:
Health Information Systems, ERP, Enterprise Content Management, web technologies, database and infrastructure, data analytics Minimum 5 years supervision/management experience with progressively increasing responsibility Preferred
Qualifications:
Masters of Business Administration or equivalent Project management certification Experience in Healthcare, Publishing and/or Education industry
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Editorial & Content ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
