Senior Clinical Systems Analyst at Hazelden in Center City, MN
Responsibilities The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst serves as a key resource for requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of a broad set of clinical applications solutions and applications. The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst has a deep understanding of electronic health records and the ability to analyze and understand business problems in order to make clinical solution or application recommendations. The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst facilitates and manages application solutions to align with clinical applications standards and best practices for use within the facility. This individual provides data and input to support standardization, utilization, integration and optimization plans for clinical applications. Provide leadership in the optimal operation of clinical applications and systems Lead clinical applications system development release cycles and projects Lead ongoing alignment of clinical applications systems to support business operations and goals Continually seek, demonstrate, and share knowledge in the information technology field to result in optimum expertise and resources for Hazelden Qualifications Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent to 6 years related work experience with support, troubleshooting, and analysis of technology applications and systems 5 years of progressive responsibility in technology solutions analysis, support and troubleshooting, including support of multiple complex applications 3 years of demonstrated proficiency with process improvement and systems thinking Preferred
Qualifications:
Progressive responsibility in electronic health record analysis, design, and development life cycle Cerner Millennium design, build, testing, implementation, and support experience Professional license in Healthcare/Behavioral Healthcare (e.g., LADC, RN, BSN, LP) Knowledge of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation business practices Experience in healthcare field, including behavioral health Experience with lean tools, methodology and principles Project Management Experience
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
