Responsibilities The Enterprise Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the facilitation and support of enterprise application solutions that enable the organization to meet the digital delivery needs of the customer. We are seeking a highly-collaborative, big picture thinker to act as liaison between Strategic Business Unit stakeholders and technical experts to ensure the digital delivery solutions meet the strategic goals of the organization. This position will facilitate and lead requirements definition and analysis, system design, testing, training, documentation and implementation of new solutions, release cycles and application changes. The Enterprise Business Systems Analyst will manage application projects from concept phase through implementation and long term operational support. Qualifications Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical field or 6 years of related work experience that includes analyst experience performing requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and design in a highly integrated environment. 5 years of experience as a business analyst for enterprise platforms Knowledge of project Management and SDLC methodology (e.g. Iterative, Waterfall, Agile) principles. Understanding of the balance needed when identifying configurations and customizations to keep maintenance costs reasonable and ensuring the technical solution is scalable and adaptable to multiple client's/business units. 5 years related experience in requirements analysis:
data mapping and data analysis, value stream mapping, business process management, systems requirements elicitation, use case modelling, data flow diagraming, business rules analysis, business capability mapping. Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM), Adobe Content Management Solution (CMS) and Adobe Commerce Experience with Salesforce platform Experience with large scale enterprise integrated solutions.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
