This position will provide leadership and support in the development and execution of Publishing's solutions process and implementation projects. The Program Specialist will work collaboratively in a team environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively, establish and maintain an effective working relationship with groups and individuals and the ability to conduct needs assessments is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to creatively find solutions to provide customer services and support are critical. Must be able to work independently, be flexible and have proven problem-solving skills. Assist with the development and execution of special projects that will ultimately contribute to Publishing's overall strategic and revenue goals. Individual and group facilitation and presentation skills will be required.
Bachelor''s degree in marketing, business, organization or related field or equivalent experience (3 yrs additional experience per 1 year of education); minimum 3 years of experience in business or program management, sales, marketing, training and/or teaching.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
