Provide care coordination and process orientation to applicants seeking outpatient substance abuse services. This person is responsible for screening outpatient callers for program appropriateness and scheduling face to face assessments.
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or associate degree desired; requires some chemical dependency experience that includes screening, intake, crisis intervention skills and at least one year of customer service experience; requires basic knowledge of chemical dependency including Twelve Step programs and the Minnesota Model; patient database experience and experience in a behavioral health setting desired.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
