As an Executive Assistant - Marketing, you will:
Provide administrative assistance to VP Marketing Communications, Business Development, and Center of Public Advocacy to assure that administrative duties are handled in a timely, efficient, confidential manner maintaining anonymity of clients and stakeholders.
Plan various meetings for the VP
Represent division assuring good working relationships and courteous, respectful communications internally and externally
Facilitate and coordinate business functions for sales, national intake and resource center teams in accordance with established processes and procedures. Ability to assist these departments to reach established customer service metrics, quota and revenue goals and keep annual expenses in line with the budget. Play an active role in attaining departmental mission and goals.
Required
High School or Equivalent
6 years experience in an executive/administrative/clerical positionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
