Responsibilities
This position will analyze data within the electronic health record and other key corporate areas within the organization to determine compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policy and best practices. Responsibilities also include creation and upkeep of compliance audit tools, as well as development and implementation of reports, formal and informal data dashboards and recommendations for improvement to key stakeholders within the organization.
Perform data analysis within the electronic health record and other key corporate areas to determine compliance with regulations, policies and best practices.
Provide appropriate organizational leadership and staff with reports and dashboards related to auditing and deficiency analysis results to help create awareness regarding compliance related data.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree or higher (healthcare or technology related)
Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a healthcare/clinical setting conducting data analysis
Demonstrated experience providing data in a healthcare/clinical setting
Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
Analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience navigating within Cerner Millennium or other electronic health record and data analysis system.
Strong structured query language (SQL) and statistical analysis skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards that apply to Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation services



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
