HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

As an HR Recruiter you will:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
  • Deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience by demonstrating effective communication skills and providing candidates with accurate, timely and complete information. Ensure the culture of the organization is shared through the candidate experience and interactions.
  • Assess all job seekers expressing interest in the posted position, select qualified candidates for pre-screening interviews, conduct phone screens and measure candidates against a specific job profile, and recommend job candidates to hiring managers for in-person interviews.
  • Promote Affirmative Action goals to ensure that EEO standards are met
  • Leverage available recruitment tools and the applicant tracking system to optimize an efficient sourcing and candidate communication process
  • Gather and monitor metrics related to the selection process including time-to-fill and diversity of candidate pools to ensure data is driving decisions, strategy and resource allocation.
  • Balance competing priories and remain professional and resilient with a focus on tenacity and execution.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor s Degree in human resources , or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years recruiting, interviewing and sourcing experience.
  • Resiliency in high pressure environments and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and systematic use of personal tactics.

Preferred:

  • A connection to the mission with a passion for recovery.
  • Previous healthcare experience, specifically with medical, nursing and behavioral health exposure.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment sourcing techniques.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
