Responsibilities
The Data Collections Specialist will conduct telephone interviews with former Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation patients, family members of former patients and professional referents to provide data for clinical research projects for the Butler Center for Research (BCR), routine healthcare operations data for the organization, and satisfaction data for patient care and organizational quality metrics.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diplome
1 yr office experience with strong computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Customer service experience and strong communication skills including the ability to handle sensitive information, complaints, and follow through.
Preferred:
Additional technical or vocational training or equivalent experience desired
Previous experience with phone interviewing and data collection for research projects



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
